This obstacle is the most easiest obstacle, in this you just have to balance your weight and focus properly on the bottom. Don’t try to do it fast because that can lead you to a foul during this obstacle. At the last you will have to jump from it from 8 feet.
If you will try to do it in hurry then may be you will face some difficulty to do it so take some time while doing this obstacle if you want to do in the first attempt. Below is the Image given for your guidance to do Zig-Zag Obstacle.
In this obstacle you will have to swing yourself keeping a rope in your hand. You will have to start from one plank and to end at the other. The area between these two Planks is fully out of bound for you. There will be helper available there to give you rope.
Try to hold rope from top side, It will help you to perform this obstacle easily. Below is the Image given for your guidance to do Tarzan Swing Obstacle.
Hanging Bridge is a hanging plank bridge over a ditch. Run fast and put your one foot on the plank and the other one at the outside of the Ditch. Don’t try to touch the ropes because that will count as a foul.
Don’t look at the bottom side of the ditch while doing this obstacle just try to cross it confidently. Below is the Image given for your guidance to do Hanging Bridge Obstacle.
Rope climbing is the toughest obstacle with maximum marks among all the others. The height of the Pole is 9 feet. You will need a good stamina for to pass this Obstacle. Maximum number of Candidates skip this obstacle due to fear of getting fail in doing this obstacle.
Try to move yourself up by using the method of locking feet with the rope. Below is the Image given for your guidance to do Rope Climbing Obstacle.
This is also one of the easy obstacle of ISSB. But be careful while doing this because touching it, will be count as a foul. So try to do it calmly. Below is the proper explanation is shown in the Picture for performing this obstacle.
Jump and try to cross it slowly from the mid point because so many Candidates do foul while doing this Obstacle.This Obstacle is also known as “Multi- Down Up“.
Monkey Bridge is Obstacle containing two Parallel Ropes at the height of 14 ft. There will be a ladder to reach upward and start this Obstacle but at the End you will have to climb through it.
Its is not difficult but can lead you to injury, If you will not hold the rope strongly. Below is the Image given for your guidance to do Monkey Bridge Obstacle.
In this obstacle, you will have to jump over ditch. This is the very easiest obstacle and you will have to do it necessary otherwise your chances for getting “Not-Recommend” will be increased so make it your target to do it. The length of the ditch is 7 ft and 5 inches and depth is 4 ft.

The high jump will be of 4.5 ft, Remember if you touch the Bamboo and that fell down then it will be considered as a foul. So Try to do some practice of it before going for ISSB Test.

PASSING THROUGH TYRE
This is also the easiest one among all, you will have to hold rope and put your legs inside the tire first then it will become more easy for you to do it easily.

ISSB TEST PREPARATION ONLINE
TIME GIVEN TO PERFORM ALL INDIVIDUAL OBSTACLES
Each Candidate will get only 2 minutes to do all the Obstacles. Instructors said that the 2 minutes are enough to perform all the Obstacles. Maximum Fresh Candidates usually do 5-6 obstacles.
It doesn’t matter how many obstacles you perform but the technique you will use for to do all obstacles will be noted by the GTO. Try to follow the easiest way to perform all obstacles.
Run for 15 minutes daily and increase your stamina as that will help you to perform all the Obstacles very easily. There are many candidates who used to do more then 9 Obstacles because of having Good Stamina.
Go for Running daily and practice well for the ISSB Obstacles. Neither they are difficult nor very easy to perform.
So don’t take them easy and start from today, go for running of 15 minutes.
